Blacksticks Blue is a proprietary cheese of Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses, made at Inglewhite Dairy in rural Lancashire, England. It is a blue cheese made from pasteurized cows' milk, colored with annatto to give it a yellow-orange color similar to Shropshire Blue, whose flavor it resembles as well.

The name "Blacksticks" comes from "Blacksticks Farm," the name of the farm owned by Peter Butler, one of the four sons of Richard and Annie Butler, founders of Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses.
