Dorstone cheese is an English unpasteurized goat's milk cheese, curdled using animal rennet and matured for 2 weeks. It is a soft cheese, ripened by molds. The flavor has been described as sweet yet salty, the texture as dry, light and fluffy.

It is named after the village of Dorstone in Herefordshire, England.

The cheese is produced by Neal's Yard Creamery, and sold in cylinders weighing 175 g (6.2 oz), with a diameter 6 cm (2.4 in), height 8 cm (3.1 in) coated in ash with a white, blue, and green moldy rind. The interior is white.
