Tylzycki is a Polish, yellow cheese made from cow's milk. It is a semi-hard cheese that is a variety of Tilsiter.[1] However, in a 1997 study of 15 Polish cheeses, this came out as one of the three softest and one of two with the lowest cohesiveness and springiness.[2]
